Due to growing activities, we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic colleague who wants to join our administrative team in Groningen.

About this job

In your role, you and your direct colleagues must ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly. You will work for both the Groningen branch as well as for our branch in Maassluis.

 

The job in brief

  • booking bank statements

  • co-responsible for outgoing invoicing

  • active role in debtor management

  • maintaining various administrative data and systems

  • registration of questions and discrepancies

  • assisting in other ad-hoc financial activities


What we ask of you

  • at least a completed MBO administration level 4

  • relevant work experience in logistics is an advantage

  • at least 1 year of administrative work experience

  • to be able to read and apply quotations

  • insight to see through problems and implement solution-oriented changes

  • team player, “hands-on” mentality, flexible, accurate, and work well under stress

  • excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages. If you also speak German, that would be an advantage

  • no 9 to 5 mentality
